Materials:

I used Red Heart Brown yarn, you can use any kind of yarn

Abbreviations:

ch=chain
sl st=slip stitch
sc=single crochet
dc=double crochet
Start : I hook
Row 1: Chain 15, sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sc in each chain across, Turn -14 sc
Row 2: sc in the back loops, Turn -14
Row 3: sc in each sc across, Turn -14
Rows 4-: Alternate between Rnd 2 and Rnd 3, I did this is until I reached 42 Rows, or see if fits it around the calf of your leg to see if it fits when you have your jeans or skinny jeans on. Then take the sides and slip stitch them together to form a cuff.
The edge: sc around the top edge. sl st. The next Rnd: *work 5dc in the first sc, skip next sc, slip stitch in the next sc, skip the next sc, *Repeat around, sl st. -38 sc, your sc may vary, Fasten off.
Optional: You can work a sc around the bottom of the cuff if you like.

This Wash cloth is perfect for any bathroom or is great to make as gifts!

I used Cotton Multi Colored yarn and Pink Cotton yarn, any cotton yarn is fine.

Rnd 2: sl st into the first ch 3 space, ch 3 (counts as first dc), work 2 dc, *ch 3, work 3 dc in same ch 3 space,  ch 3, work 3 dc in next ch 3 space, *Repeat around, at the end, ch 3, sl st on top of beg. ch 3. (Total of 8(3 dc’s))
Rnd 3: sl st into the first ch 3 space, ch 3 (counts as first dc), work 2 dc, ch 3, work 3 dc in the same ch 3 space, *ch 3, work 3 dc in the next ch 3 space, ch 3, work 3 dc in next ch 3 space , ch 3, work 3 dc in ch 3 same space, *Repeat around, at at the end, ch 3, sl st on top of beg. ch 3.  (total of 12(3 dc’s))

Edge: Pink Cotton yarn, sl st your pink yarn into last rnd, sc around edge, 3 sc in each corner, Repeat this twice for two Rounds, Rnd 3: sc in the back loops, sc in back loops 3 times in each corner, sl st at the end, Fasten off.

Materials:

I used Lion Brand Wool Ease Cream colored yarn. This yarn is thick, so if you use regular yarn it will change the pattern. I used 2 skeins for both sizes.

K and J hook

Abbreviations:

ch=chain
sl st=slip stitch
sc=single crochet
dc=double crochet

Start : K hook
Row 1: Chain (28) for adult  or (26) for child, sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, and each stitch across, DO NOT TURN, Now work down the opposite side of the chain and sc in each stitch of the chain. –54 Adult, -50 Child
Row 2: *Ch 1, and Turn, dc in each stitch around, do not slip stitch to join, Repeat * for 18 more Rows (total of 20 rows including row 1) for adult and 15  more rows (total of 17 rows including row 1)
Final Rows. Slip stitch to join the 2 side together (this is by the chin of the adult or child, the cowl neck part) *chain 1 and dc around, sl st to join, Repeat * this for 2 rows for both sizes. Fasten off and Weave in the ends.
You can place a button on the center bottom if you like.

Ears, Make 2, J hook

Rnd 1: Ch 2, work 5 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook. slip stitch -5 sc

Rnd 2: Work 2 dc  in each sc around, sl st. -10 dc

Rnd 3: Work  2 dc in each dc around,  sl st. -20 dc

Rnd 4: Work sc in each dc around. sl st -20 sc

Sew the Ears on top of the Hat about few inches apart.

These Kitchen topper patterns make great gifts or just nice to place around your stove handle to wipe your hands with.

Materials:

Kitchen towel (bought mine from Walmart)

1.9 or around that small size of a hook

H hook

yarn needle

Red Heart Love Brown yarn or what ever kind of yarn you prefer for your towel (Used only .25 of skein of yarn)

Button, 1 inch in size.

To Start:

Take your kitchen towel and fold it in half. Along the top edge of the towel, take the small hook, 1.9 hook and poke a hole with your yarn on the end of the edge of the folded towel and slip stitch and then sc in the same stitch. Poke again about 1/4 of inch next to the first hole and sc again, *Repeat across. The Single Crochet count across may not be the same depending on the size of your towel length. -50 sc

Rnds 2-3: Sc across each sc, *Do this round twice, -50 sc

Rnd 4: Dc in the first two sc, *dc2tog decrease in the next two sc, dc in the next two dc, *Repeat across, -38

Rnd 5-11: Repeat Rnd 4 until you have about 6 to 7 Dc left.  Rnds 12-26: Then *Dc in the next 6 or 7 dc, Turn, *Repeat for about 15 Rounds.  (This will create a long flap). Then Fasten off.

Button: In the center of Rnd 5 or 6, Sew in the button in the center. Then take the flap over the button and with the Dc spaces being so large, you can place a button through the holes. ~Enjoy the pattern!

I used Caron Soft Yarn, you can use any type of yarn. I create this to put on my fridge and you can place a backing to it with a magnet.

I used a h hook, chain 39, slip stitch to join.

Rnd 2: sc around each chain -39 sc. Slip stitch.

Rnd 3: Work 4 hdc in same stitch as slip stitch, slip stitch,* skip 2 sc, work 4 hdc in next sc, slip stitch repeat around, end with 13 shells. Fasten off.

Crochet Hat sizes with this Double crochet pattern

Newborn baby head circumference, 13″ – 14″, Hat height = 5.5 to 6″= D hook

Baby 3 to 6 months, Head Cir, 14″ – 17 “, Hat height= 6.5 – 7″=E hook

baby 6-12 months, 16″-19″ head cir., hat length=6.5-7″=F hook,

toddler-preschooler (12 months-3 yrs), 18″-20″ head cir., hat length=7″ =G hook

child 3-10 yrs, head cir., 19″-20 1/2 “”, hat length= 7.5″=H hook

teens, head cir., 20 1/2″-22″, hat length, 7.5-8″=I hook

Adult women, 21.5″-22.5″, hat length, 8″= J

For each size, use the a G hook for the facial features, or smaller hook for smaller size or larger hook for larger size.

Supplies: White, Orange, Grey, Black, and Brown Red Heart yarn, I use only a quarter or less of each ball of yarn. G hook, Yarn needle

rnd 3. ch 2, (Counts as first Dc), *2dc in next st., dc in the next stitch, repeat from *around, join with sl st. -36 sts.

rnd 4. ch 2, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the next st., 2dc in the next st., *dc in the next two stitches, 2dc in the next stitch, repeat from *around, join with sl st. -48 sts.

rnd 5. ch 2,(Counts as first Dc), dc in the 2 next two sts., 2dc in the next stitch; *dc in the next 3 stitches, 2dc in the next stitch.  repeat from * around, join (60 sts)

rnds 6- Continue with, *ch2, dc in each st around, join *Repeat to length that is about 7 inches long or to your desired length, Slip stitch.

Ear flaps: If you would like to add ear flaps

G hook, White yarn

1st ear flap, you can slip stitch onto the side of the hat with your white yarn, begin the dc stitches, (like to have the seam in the back of the hat, so I do the ear flap on the side of the hat).

2nd flap, fold hat in half and sl st in dc directly across from the last dc from the other ear flap. follow directions below for both ear flaps.

Row 1. ch 2. dc in the next 11 dc stitches, turn. -11 sts

Row 2. ch 2. dc2tog. dc in the next 6 stitches. dc2tog. dc in the last st. turn. -9

Row 3. ch 2. dc2tog, dc in the next 4 stitches. dc2tog. dc in the last st., turn. -7

Row 4. ch 2. dc2tog, dc in the next 2 stitches. dc2tog. dc in the last st. turn. -5

Row 5. ch 2. dc2tog twice, dc in last st. cut yarn and pull through -3

The braid from the center of the ear flap at the bottom, G hook, use Brown yarn, with a sl st in the center of the bottom of the ear flap and chain 30 or you can braid it, and sl st it off and cut yarn.

Eyes: G Hook, Black, White, Grey yarn

Pupils: Black yarn (Make 2) Sew the pupils on top center of the white part of the eye.

Rnd 1: Chain 2, work 5 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sl st -5 sc

Rnd 2: Work 2 sc in each sc around, sl st -10 sc Fasten off (these eyes will go in the center of the eyes)

White part of the eyes: (Sew the eyes 3rd way down the hat close together in the center of the hat)

Rnd 1: Chain 2, work 5 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sl st -5sc

Rnd 2: Work  2 sc in the each sc around, sl st -10 sc

Rnd 3: Work a sc in first sc, *2 sc in the next, sc in the next, *Repeat around, -15 sc

Rnd 4: Work a sc in the next two sc, *2 sc in the next, sc in the next two sc, *Repeat around, -20 sc

Eyebrows: Brown yarn, G hook (Make 2) fasten the eyebrows above the eyes as seen in the picture.

Chain 12, sl st in the 2nd chain from the hook and each chain across, sl st.

Twigs on top of the head: Brown yarn, G hook

Three Twigs: Sew the twigs on top of the hat together as seen in the picture above.

Small twig: chain 6, sl st in the 2nd chain from the hook and each chain across, sl st

Bigger twig: chain 8, sl st in the 2nd chain from the hook and each chain across, sl st

Biggest twig: chain 10, sl st in the 2nd chain from the hook and each chain across, sl st

Smile:

With black yarn, create a smile face below the nose and by the buck tooth, secure the slants of the smile with stitching the smile with a yarn needle.

Buck tooth:

White yarn, G hook

In the center at the bottom of the hat below the smile, Go 8 sc into the center, sl st with your yarn, hdc in the same stitch, hdc in the next 5, -6 hdc, turn

Rnd 2: sc in the first hdc, hdc in the next 4, sc in the last, -6 stitches.

I made this cute little skirt for my toddler to wear! She loves to wear frilly skirts and dresses! It didn’t take me long to made this adorable skirt and it was fun to make. Enjoy this pattern!

Supplies:  Red Heart shimmer yarn and white yarn, or whatever yarn you prefer
I and H hook
Ribbon, any kind is fine, as long as it fits in the triple crochet belt space or chain a bow around the waist.
(Girls size 2, 4)
Finished waist: 20″, 22″
Directions are for size 2 and 4, if you want a smaller size, then use less chains for the waist. Use your measuring tape to measure.
(Chain 66 for size 2, or 72 for size 4), join to first ch to form a loop. Be careful not to twist it.
I hook with white yarn
Rnd 1. sc in each stitch around, sl st. (66,72)
Rnd 2. ch 3, triple crochet in each stitch around, sl st in beg chain. (66,72) (this will be the ribbon belt loops)
Rnds 3-12. ch 1, double crochet  in each back loop around, sl st. (66,72)  *Repeat for 12 rounds
For Size 4, I would continue the length to 3 more rounds, so go to round 15

Take Ribbon and skip one triple crochet and insert in the next loop, *Repeat around, then in the center front, opposite side of the seam,  Create a bow, or Chain 150 with a H hook, Repeat the directions for the ribbon for a bow.
Ruffles: With the Red yarn, use a H hook. or you can use an larger hook for a larger ruffle. You can skip every other round with making a larger ruffle or do ruffles in each round. I did ruffles in each round, for a total of 12 rounds.
Rnd 1. sl st with the red yarn, chain 3, dc in the back loop of the previous Rnd 1., (that will be your first v-stitch made) skip a back loop, and dc, chain 1, dc in the next back loop, (next v-stitch is made), *skip next back loop, dc, chain 1, dc in the next back loop, Repeat around. sl st in the beginning v-stitch. Now to incorporate the Ruffles, In the first v-stitch from Rnd 1 (continue on without fastening off), chain 2 (counts as first dc), then work 5 dc in the chain 1 space of the v-stitch, (that will be your first Ruffle), sc in the next chain 1 of the next v-stitch, *work 6 dc in the next chain 1 space of the next v-stitch, sc in the next chain 1 space of the next v-stitch, *Repeat around, a the end you may finish with a ruffle rather than a sc, then sc in between the last ruffle and beginning ruffle to create a sc space between those two ruffles, then sl st  in the beginning dc of the beginning ruffle. Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Rnds 2-12. Repeat round 1. Begin with a sl st in the next round of back loops to start and then continue with how do the ruffles the same way as Round 1.

I made this Christmas bell to put on my Christmas tree!

Supplies:

F hook, or larger hook for a larger Bell.
Red Heart Sparkle Thread yarn
Yarn needle
Fabric Stiffener, you can use the stiffener if you want to make it hard.
Measures about 4 inches long by 2.5 inches wide.
Abbreviations:
ch=chain
sl st=slip stitch
sc=single crochet
dc=double crochet
sp=space
ch=chain
hdc=half double crochet
V-Stitch: (Dc, ch 1, Dc)
V-stitch Bell:
Rnd 1: Ch 4, sl st to the beginning of the chain to form a ring. Work a Chain 4 and double crochet in the ring, the chain 4 and double crochet count as the first V-Stitch. *Dc, Ch1, Dc into the ring, complete 4 times for a total of  5 V-stiches from, * join with a sl st in beginning Ch 3. (5 V-Stitch total)

Rnd 2: Sl St in to the Chain 1 Space, Ch 4, Dc, Ch 1, Dc in the same space, (the chain 4, double crochet, chain 1, double crochet count as the first V-Stitch increase). *Dc, Ch1, Dc, Ch1, Dc into the next Ch 1 Sp, complete 4 times total from *, join with beginning Ch 3. (5 V-Stitch Increase total)

Rnd 3: Sl st into the Ch 1 space, Ch 5, dc into the chain 1 space, (counts as dc, ch 2, dc, counts as a v-stitch) in the ch 1 space, *dc, ch 2, dc in each chain 1 space around, *Repeat the V-stitch in each ch 1 space around, sl st in beginning Ch 3.

Rnds 4-6: **Sl st into the Ch 2 space, Ch 5, dc into the Ch 2 space, (counts as dc, ch 2, dc, counts as v-stitch) in the ch 2 space, *dc, ch 2, dc in each chain 2 space around, *Repeat the V-stitch in each ch 2 space. sl st in beginning Ch 3 **Repeat this round  two more times, for a total of 3 rounds.

Rnd 7:  Sl st into the Ch 2 space, Ch 6, dc (counts as dc, ch 3, dc, counts as v-stitch) in the ch 2 space, *dc, ch 3, dc in each chain 2 space around, sl st in beginning Ch 3*Repeat this V-stitch around in each Ch 2 space.

How to Crochet Finger less Gloves Tutorial Part I and II

Supplies:

H hook
100% Alpaca yarn or whatever yarn you prefer
Yarn needle
Abbreviations:
ch=chain
sl st=slip stitch
sc=single crochet
dc=double crochet
ch=chain
Make 2, H hook
Start: chain 36, connect with a sl st to form a circle
Rnd 1. chain 3 (counts as first dc), dc in the next chain, *Skip 2 chains, 2dc in the next ch, ch 1, 2dc in the same ch (shell will be made), skip 2 chains, dc in the next two chains *Repeat around. sl st on top of the chain 3.
Rnds 2-8. *Repeat round 1 for a total of 8 rounds
Rnd 9. Insert Thumb hole by following pattern, then chain past 1 complete pattern then start pattern again to end.
So Chain 3, dc in the next dc, skip 2 previous 2 dc, *work 2dc, ch 1, 2dc shell in the previous chain 1 space, dc in the next 2 dc, work 2dc, ch 1, 2dc shell in the chain 1 space, Insert Thumb Hole, Chain 1, Skip the next 2 dc, and previous 2dc, ch 1, 2dc shell, Now dc in the next two dc, *Repeat the pattern around.  Slip stitch on top of the chain 3.
Next two final Rnds. 10-11. Repeat as the same as Round 1. Chain 3, dc in the next dc, skip 2 previous 2 dc, work 2dc, ch 1, 2dc shell in the chain 1 space, *dc in the next 2 dc, work 2dc, ch 1, 2dc shell in the chain 1 space,  *Repeat around, sl st on top of chain 3.

Supplies: Green yarn, H hook, yarn needle. It measures about 7 inches tall.

I made this Cute Christmas tree to put at our dinner table during the holidays!

Abbreviations:

ch = chain, sc=single crochet, sl st=slip stitch

yoh = yarn over hook

Puff Stitch= [(Yoh and draw up a loop) 3 times in indicated stitch. Yoh and draw through all 7 loops on hook– Puff st made.]

Ch 3,  sl st to join to create a ring.

Rnd 1: work 5 sc in the ring. st st to join.

Rnd 2: Work 1 Puff Stitch in each sc around, sl st, – 5 puff stitches made

Rnd 3: Work 2 Puff Stitches in each Puff Stitch around, sl st, -10 puff stitches made

Rnd 4:  *Work 1 Puff Stitch in the next Puff Stitch, 2 Puff Stitches increase in the next Puff Stitch, *Repeat around, Work in continual rounds without a slip stitch.

Rnd 10: *Work 1 Puff Stitch in the next  four Puff Stitches, 2 Puff Stitches increase in the next Puff Stitch, *Repeat around.

Rnd 11: Work 1 Puff Stitch in each Puff Stitch around.

Rnd 12: *Work 1 Puff Stitch in the next  five Puff Stitches, 2 Puff Stitches increase in the next Puff Stitch, *Repeat around.

Rnd 13:  Work 1 Puff Stitch in each Puff Stitch around.

Rnd 14: *Work 1 Puff Stitch in the next six Puff Stitches, 2 Puff Stitches increase in the next Puff Stitch, *Repeat around.

Rnd 15: Work 1 Puff Stitch in each Puff Stitch around.

Rnd 16: *Work 1 Puff Stitch in the next seven Puff Stitches, 2 Puff Stitches increase in the next Puff Stitch, *Repeat around.

Rnd 17: Work 1 Puff Stitch in each Puff Stitch around.

Rnd 18: *Work 1 Puff Stitch in the next eight Puff Stitches, 2 Puff Stitches increase in the next Puff Stitch, *Repeat around.

Rnd 19: Work 1 Puff Stitch in each Puff Stitch around.  Slip stitch a few times, Fasten off. Weave in the ends.

You could add pearls or anything to your tree to bring it alive or leave it. Enjoy~
