Enjoy this Crochet Breast Cancer Awareness Hat Pattern! This hat is a great way to show awareness for Cancer. I made this for a Women size, but you can make this for any size just change the hook size. When you get to the Ribbon loops, you can use an F hook for Child through Adult sizes, but you can adjust the Hook to a D hook size for the smaller sizes (shown above).

rnd 1: Work 11 dc in a Magic Circle, sl st on top of the chain 3. -11 dc
Crochet a Magic Circle with Double Crochet Video:

rnd 2. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in same st. as joining, 2dc in each dc around. join with sl st on top of chain 3. -22 dc

rnd 3. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), *2dc in next dc, dc in the next dc, Repeat from *around, join with sl st. -33 dc
rnd 4. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the next dc, 2dc in the next dc, *dc in the next two dc, 2dc in the next dc, Repeat from *around, join with sl st. -44 dc
rnd 5. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the 2 next two dc, 2dc in the next dc, *dc in the next 3 dc, 2dc in the next dc. Repeat from * around, join with sl st. -55 dc
rnds 6-9 *Ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in each dc around, sl st to join. -55 dc *Repeat for 4 Rounds 
rnd 10. chain 4 (counts as treble crochet), treble crochet in the next dc, ch 2, skip two dc, *work treble crochet in the next  2 dc, skip two dc, *Repeat across, sl st
rnd 11. sl st with pink yarn, sc in the next two treble crochet, *sc in the ch 2 space, with a F hook, chain 12, switch with your J hook, sc in the same space, sc in the next two treble crochet, *Repeat across, sl st
Now you will take a yarn needle and Make the Ribbon loops. The Video will help with this. Take the chain 12 and twist it to create a loop, then sew the top of the loop onto the center of the previous chain 2, and sew with yarn needle and pink the center of the loop to secure it. Repeat for each Ribbon loop.
rnd 12. sl st with white yarn, *sc in each sc and sc twice in the chain space, *Repeat around, sl st
rnds 13-14. *ch 3, dc in each stitch across. sl st, *Repeat twice.
rnd 15.  Take an I hook (size smaller than your hat hook) so an I hook to make it more snug around the head, sl st with pink yarn, sc in each stitch across, sl st. Finish off and weave in the ends.

Start: Chain 22, (To increase by 6 or decrease by 6, to make bigger or smaller.)

Row 1: Dc in 5th chain from the hook,  dc in each stitch across, -18 dc
Row 2:  Turn, Chain 3 (Counts as a Dc),  work dc in the 4 th stitch,  dc, ch 2, 2 dc in the same stitch, skip two stitches, *dc in the next stitch, skip two stitches, work a shell, 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc, in the next stitch, *Repeat across, Dc in the last stitch.
Row 3. Ch 3 (Counts as a Dc), work shell in the next previous ch 2 space, 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc in the chain 2 space, dc in the next previous dc, *Repeat across, dc in the last dc.
Row 4- Desired Length: Repeat Row 3 for the rest of the scarf. When you are finished Dc across for the last row to finish it off. Weave in the ends.

Rnd 1: chain 2, work 6 sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sl st -6 sc

Rnd 4: ch 3, dc in each front loop around, sl st. Fasten off.

Rnd 1: Now you can put your tea light in this cozy, but you will add on with your yarn by going to the bottom of the cozy, sl  st in the front loop ch 3, ch 1, dc in the next front loop, *dc, ch 1, *Repeat around, sl st

Rnd 2: ch 3, dc in the next dc, *dc, chain 8, dc in the next dc, dc in the next two dc, *Repeat around, sl st

Rnd 3. *Chain 1, yarn over pull up your yarn, insert hook and yarn over and pull up yarn and yarn over and pull up. Yarn over and hold your yarn and pull through all loops on the hook, the side yarn you held, place your hook in that space and yarn over and pull through two loops, chain 1.
*Repeat for your desired width of your project.
Row 2: You will be working on the other side which creates a new row. Now you will create the star flower, Chain 1, yarn over pull up your yarn, insert hook and yarn over and pull up yarn and yarn over and pull up, keep these loops on the hook, now go to the previous *chain 1, yarn over pull up your yarn, insert hook and yarn over and pull up yarn and yarn over and pull up, keep these loops on the hook, *Repeat one more time in the next previous chain 1, now you will have three sets of puff stitch loops on your hook, hold onto side yarn, yarn over and pull through all loops, place your hook in the stitch you held onto and yarn over and pull through both loops and chain 1.

Now *Repeat across, you will go be on top of the 3 sets of 3 puffs, you will pull up your yarn and insert your hook and pull up your yarn again twice, keep those loops on the hook, *then go to the next chain 1, insert your hook, yarn over and pull up your yarn and insert your hook and pull up your yarn again twice, *Repeat one more time, you will have three sets of puff loops on your hook, hold onto side yarn, yarn over and pull through all loops, place your hook in the stitch you held onto and yarn over and pull through both loops and chain 1.

*Repeat this again across for the row. at the end you will go to the last puff stitch chain 1 and use that last one to create your set of 3 puff stitches on the hook to yarn over and pull through all loops on the hook, place your hook in the stitch you held onto and yarn over and pull through both loops and chain 1. This will finish the row.

Row 3: Chain 1, turn. you will create a closed puff, but only pull up two loops instead of three loops and then pull close it by yarn over and Yarn over and hold your yarn and pull through all loops on the hook, the side yarn you held, place your hook in that space and yarn over and pull through two loops, chain 1. Now in that chain 1, you will insert your hook, Now you will create the star flower, yarn over pull up your yarn, insert hook and yarn over and pull up yarn and yarn over and pull up, keep these loops on the hook, now go to the previous *chain 1, yarn over pull up your yarn, insert hook and yarn over and pull up yarn and yarn over and pull up, keep these loops on the hook, *Repeat one more time in the next previous chain 1, now you will have three sets of puff stitch loops on your hook, hold onto side yarn, yarn over and pull through all loops, place your hook in the stitch you held onto and yarn over and pull through both loops and chain 1. Now *Repeat this row the same as Row 2. Each row will be done like Row 2 from now one.
