If you tell others about my work, please only link back to my blog, but don’t copy my patterns to your site. Also you can sell anything you make from my patterns, but don’t sell the free pattern. Thank you!
I made these headbands for my daughters to wear. They are so cute and easy to make.
Vanna White purple yarn
Caron soft pink yarn
sl st=slip stitch
bpsc=back post single crochet
ch 5, double crochet in the 2nd chain from the hook to the end, *ch 1 turn, dc in each stitch across, *Repeat to desired length
I made this headband for a toddler, her head is 18 inches in circumference, so I made it 16 inches long, its the size of the head minus 2, so 18″-2=16″ in length. Fasten off, use a yarn needle and sew the ends together.
purple and pink yarn
pink yarn, ch 5, sl st to create a ring
rnd 1. ch 1, do 10 sc in the center of the ring, join with beginning chain with sl st
rnd 2. sc in the same stitch, *ch 3, skip one chain, sc in the next stitch, *repeat until you have 5 total loops, sl st in the beginning stitch
rnd 3. *ch 1, do 6 dc in the chain 3 space, ch 1, sl st in the previous sc ,*Repeat, sl st in the beginning chain. finish with 5(6dc pedals)

Flower Headband #2
Vanna White Brown yarn
Red Heart Green yarn
ch 4, double crochet in the 2nd chain in the hook, and dc to the end, ch 1, turn, *dc in the next 3 stitches, ch 1, turn *Repeat to desired length.
I made it for a 4 year old with a 20 inch head in circumference, and so I made the headband 18 inches long, and so its the size of the head minus 2 inches for the length. Fasten off, use a yarn needle and sew the ends together.
ch 2, slip stitch in the 2nd chain from the hook, this creates a ring. *ch 2, 2 half double crochet in the ring , ch 2, slip stitch in the ring, *repeat 5 times to create a small flower.
Optional, I used a glue gun to glue in rhinestones in the center of the flowers.
