Freeze items that are you can buy in bulk, for example, bread, milk, cheese, or anything that will spoil. It will last longer especially if you find a good sale and you can buy multiples! Some people like to buy a storage freezer for their good deals they find.
Stockpiling will help your budget! You can create a stockpile that will last you a few months or even a year. If you find things on sale and can get many items at one time, this is when it will help your budget to do this.
It can overwhelming by going to a ton of stores in one week. Try one store and learn their coupons and go from there.
